By accessing and using the RED Atlas API ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use the RED Atlas API subject to the following conditions:

  • You must use the API in accordance with the plan you have subscribed to
  • You may not use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You must not abuse, harass, threaten, or violate the legal rights of others
  • You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

3. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of access. We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time.

4. Data Usage and Attribution

Data obtained through the RED Atlas API is provided for your use according to your subscription plan. You agree to:

  • Not redistribute raw data to third parties without authorization
  • Provide appropriate attribution when displaying data publicly
  • Not use the data to create a competing service
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the data

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

7. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

RED Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
